Who holds your data
Tracker by Glib Editor is operated by Tkachenko Bohdan, Ukraine. Contact: tkachenko.hleb@gmail.com.
What we store when you sign in
Signing in with Google gives us your name, email address and avatar URL. Nothing else: we do not ask for access to your Drive, your contacts or your mail, and could not read them if we wanted to.
We never see or store your Google password.
What we store when you buy
Which tier you bought, what it cost, and whether it was refunded. We do not see or store your card details - those go to the payment provider, who is the merchant of record, and never reach us.
What the panel sends
When the panel connects to your account it sends a fingerprint of the computer, so your account page can show you where your licence is running. It arrives as a salted hash: we store the hash, never the original, and cannot work backwards from one to the other.
It also sends the machine name, the Windows version and the panel version. There is no machine limit, so none of this restricts you - it exists so you can see your own list and so we can tell one report from another.
Your footage never leaves your computer. Tracking runs locally. No frame, clip or project file is uploaded anywhere, by us or by anyone.
What a bug report includes
When you send a report from the panel it attaches what identifies the problem: the panel and engine versions, your Premiere and Windows build, your licence state, the tracking settings you used, and the last lines of the engine log. The Help tab shows you exactly what will be sent before you send it.
A screenshot is attached only if you choose one. Nothing is sent from the panel unless you press Send.
Visits and referral links
We count visits so we know whether anyone is coming. A visit is recorded once per person per day as a salted hash of a cookie, or of your address and browser when there is no cookie. The hash is never reversed and is not linked to your account.
Following a referral link stores that link’s code in a cookie for 60 days, so the person who referred you is credited if you buy. The person who referred you sees counts - how many people followed their link, signed up and bought - never who you are.
We use no third-party analytics, no advertising trackers and no embedded social widgets. That is also why there is no cookie banner: the only cookies here keep you signed in and make those two counts work.
How long we keep things
Your account and licences last as long as your account does. A licence token cached by the panel expires after 30 days offline. Visit records are aggregates and are not tied to you.
Who else sees it
The only companies involved are the ones that make this work:
- Google, for sign-in
- Our payment provider, for payments and payouts
- Our hosting and database providers, who store the data above
We do not sell your data, and we do not share it for advertising. We would hand something over if legally required, and would tell you unless we were forbidden to.
What you can ask for
Write to tkachenko.hleb@gmail.com and you can have a copy of what we hold about you, a correction, or deletion of your account and everything attached to it. Deleting the account removes the licences on it, so ask only if you mean it.
