Payments are handled by our payment provider, who acts as the merchant of record and appears as the seller on your receipt and card statement. Their terms cover the payment itself; these terms cover the software.

A licence to use the Tracker panel for Adobe Premiere Pro. There are two, and the difference is how many of the two tools they unlock:

• Solo ($19) - one tool of your choice.
• Full ($29) - both tools.

This is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. Nothing renews and nothing is charged again.

Your licence belongs to your Google account, not to a computer. There is no limit on the number of machines: sign in on a new computer, a reinstalled Windows or a reinstalled Premiere and it keeps working.

The panel checks in periodically and keeps working for up to 30 days without a connection, so a lost network does not stop your work.

Do not share your account. Access follows the account, so sharing it means sharing your Google sign-in with someone else.

The panel analyses your footage and writes ordinary keyframes onto your timeline. Tracking accuracy depends on the footage - lighting, motion blur, occlusion and compression all affect it - and no tracker succeeds on every clip.

The software is provided as it is. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that it will suit a particular project. Keyframes are written onto your project, so keep your own backups; you would anyway, but it is worth saying.

Bug fixes and compatibility with new Premiere releases are included. New features are not promised.

If the panel does not work for you, write to us within 14 days of purchase and we will refund you. You do not need to justify the request.

Tracking runs without a licence, so you can confirm the panel works on your own footage before paying. We would rather you did that than ask for a refund afterwards.

Every account has a referral link. Someone buying through it gets a discount, and you receive points once the refund window has passed.

Points are not money. They are not redeemable for cash, cannot be transferred between accounts, and buy only licences and gift keys in this shop. They expire after 365 days without activity.

Points earned on an order that is later refunded or charged back are taken back, which can leave a negative balance.

Referring yourself does not earn points. Accounts that generate artificial referrals may have the programme suspended; licences already bought are not affected.

A gift key bought with points can be given to someone else. It is claimed by signing in and entering the code, and can be claimed once.

A key cannot be claimed without an account, which is deliberate: a code entered by someone with nowhere to put it cannot be given back.

Premiere Pro 14 or newer, on Windows. There is no macOS build. This is stated on the pricing page and in the checkout, so that nobody buys software that cannot run.

You can stop using the panel at any time. We may suspend a licence for a chargeback, a fraudulent purchase, or use that breaks these terms - in which case we will say which, and why.

These terms are governed by the law of Ukraine. Nothing here removes rights that consumer law in your own country gives you and cannot be waived.

If these terms change, the date at the top changes with them. A change does not apply retroactively to a purchase already made.
