If the problem is in Premiere, report it from the panel instead. The Help tab there attaches your Premiere build, your Windows version, the licence state and the last lines of the engine log - the things that actually identify a tracking bug, and the things nobody can describe from memory. This form has none of that.

Before you write
- Panel does nothing when you press apply? Tracking is free; writing keyframes needs a licence. Open the Account tab in the panel and connect, or see pricing.
- Licence not showing up after buying? Close and reopen the panel - it checks in when it opens.
- Changed computer? Nothing to do. Access follows your Google account, on any number of machines.
